Today the Yankees take the field at 1:05 against David Price and the defending AL Champions, the Tampa Bay Rays. 1. The Yankees lost 9-7 to the Tampa Bay Rays today!! Mariano Rivera gave up four runs in the ninth inning after a 5-5 game after eighth inning!! I am very surprised that Mo gave up four runs and is shocking but the Yankees got only one weakness the bullpen especially the middle reliever I admit to it!!

    • Tough loss. The Yanks do have a weakness in the bullpen, but Mo isn’t supposed to be part of it. Mo has just not looked right the whole year, but we have realize he is coming of shoulder surgery.

  2. I know that but will the Yankees give Phil Hughes a chance instead of going to Phil Coke as the lefthanded specialist!! I don’t know how Phil Hughes going to perform in pressure situations with runners on base for one and two innings!!! I know Phil Hughes got a four seam fastball and a curveball!!! You need only one or two pitches out of the bullpen to be effective!!
